WOVEN explores material, methodology, and form with equal rigor, the collection renders the time-worn art of wicker-weaving across three fixture types. A large ceiling pendant composed of two canted, nested forms creates a hive of warm light that softly radiates above and below. Two sconces, one a large half-dome form, and the other a straightforward vault, pulsate with texture while creating a graphic statement on the wall. Taken as a whole, the collection expands Workstead’s body of luminaires with a keen focus on texture and warmth through the lens of wicker.
