Building on the geometric iconography of our original Lantern Collection, with its two offset domes, Lantern Pyramid explores the primordial mass and silhouette of the Pyramid. To me, it embodies a tension between the ancient and the contemporary. I think of that tension as a kind of meaning making machine that bounds towards a core value of everything we do - to create objects and spaces that are timeless, yet imbued and influenced by a modern hand.

Bringing this collection into the world of Frank Lloyd Wright has allowed us to meditate on that shared goal of timelessness - as one that encourages preservation, intention, and attunement to craft.

The bold, oblique geometry of Lantern Pyramid sits at ease within Wright’s rhythmic exploration of a rich and tactile, but ultimately disciplined Usonian Architecture.
